At JLT Performance Gym, we understand that the off-season is just as critical for an athlete’s career as the regular season. Our Pro Athlete Off-Season Training program is specifically designed to optimize the performance of professional athletes, ensuring they are primed for peak physical condition when the season starts.

This program incorporates JLT’s four foundational pillars: Speed, Strength, Nutrition, and Recovery—all of which work together to maximize an athlete's potential.

Sports Rehab & Recovery

Sample Training week:

    Monday/Thursday

    Linear Speed and Strength Training: Athletes will perform explosive speed drills with sled pushes, parachutes, or hill sprints, followed by strength training to build power and endurance.

    Wednesday / Sunday

    Recovery Days: Athletes will focus on active recovery using modalities like infrared saunas, cold plunge, Therabody recovery boots, and pool training.

    Tuesday/Friday

    Multi-Directional Speed and Strength Training: Athletes will perform agility drills with ladders, hurdles, and sand training to improve quickness, coordination, and direction changes, followed by strength training for power and stability.

Located in the heart of Hollywood, California, JLT Performance Gym offers a world-class training environment for elite athletes. Our 4,000-square-foot facility features:

  • Indoor Turf Field for speed, agility, and position-specific training

  • State-of-the-art Weight Room with Olympic Power Racks, resistance bands, and specialized equipment

  • Recovery Lounge featuring infrared saunas, Therabody recovery boots, cold plunge, and more

  • Private Bathrooms and Showers for comfort and convenience
