The Stretch Lab
The Stretch Club is a unique movement experience for all. Combining rhythm with functional mobility, it improves movement, loosens tightness, and aids recovery from training or desk work. Enjoy guided stretches, flow to the beat, and enhance your range of motion. It’s where recovery meets rhythm for optimal performance.
