ULTIMATE ATHLETE BOOTCAMP:

    Thursday: 6:30 - 7:30pm

  • Unwind from the day with Sunset Sweat, a high-energy, full-body training session at JLT Performance. This Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 PM class blends strength, endurance, and conditioning to help you build power, improve stamina, and break through limits. With expert coaching and an electrifying atmosphere, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more energized. All levels welcome.

Expect a high-intensity, full-body workout combining strength training, endurance drills, and functional movements to build power, agility, and stamina. With expert coaching and a motivating group atmosphere, you'll push past limits and finish feeling stronger.

Step into it Step Aerobics

  • This high-powered cardio workout is lead by Nike Trainer and international DJ, Shai! STEP INTO IT redefines step aerobics with modern, dynamic, and full-body choreography to hip-hop and r&b beats. Boost your endurance, improve coordination, and build strength while catching a vibe, having fun, and building community.
