    The Morning Shift Bootcamp is a high-energy, performance-inspired training experience combining strength, conditioning, and athletic movement in a coach-led environment built for all fitness levels.

  • The "Night Shift" Bootcamp

    Day/Time: 6pm - 7pm

    Monday / Wednesday /Friday

    The workday may be over. The work is not.

    Night Shift Bootcamp blends strength, conditioning, and athletic-style training into a high-energy evening session designed to help you finish your day strong.

    Built for all levels. Limited class capacity.

  • Saturday Overtime Bootcamp

    Day/Time: 8am - 9am

    Saturday

    When everyone else clocks out, we go into Overtime.

    Saturday Overtime Bootcamp is JLT’s signature weekend training experience featuring strength, conditioning, competition, and team energy in one high-intensity full-body session.

    Expect great music, great energy, and limited spots.

  • Project X: Lower Body Luxe

    Day/Time: 6pm - 7pm

    Thursday

    Build strength and shape where it counts. This women focused glutes and core class uses targeted resistance and bodyweight circuits to lift, tighten, and strengthen with options for every level.

  • Monday Night Sweat Session Bootcamp

    Day/Time: 7pm - 8pm

    Monday

    Full body, coach led workout that blends strength, conditioning, and core in simple circuits. All levels welcome with clear progressions and modification options so you leave feeling stronger and confident.
